The Column & Boom machine is designed for welding metal structures and tanks of various sizes and volumes.
The operation of this machine is structured so that a heavy central column is mounted on the chassis, with the column height adjustable according to the diameter and size of the workpiece. A boom is installed perpendicularly on the column, usually of the same length or longer, capable of moving along the longitudinal axis. Welding equipment for different processes—such as submerged arc welding, slag welding, and others—can be mounted on the boom, allowing welding operations to be performed more easily and at higher speed.
